2025 School of Medicine Research Day
The inaugural School of Medicine Research Day event is a one-day sharing, learning, networking and collaboration event for faculty, students, researchers and clinicians.
Research Day serves as a platform to highlight the breadth and impact of medical research, especially from the SMU School of Medicine. It brings together faculty, students, researchers, and clinicians from SMU and other institutions to share scholarly work, engage in meaningful discussions, and explore the intersection of research, technology, and clinical innovation.
Researchers from other institutions are also welcome to submit abstracts and attend the event.
The Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR) presents new frontiers in medicine—where human insight, technological advancement, and compassionate care converge. Through poster and oral presentations, keynote lectures, and interactive sessions, the Research Day aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and strengthen our collective pursuit of excellence in research and patient care.
